  7.     HOWDY! 4.0 will only work with Searchlight 2.0 or greater.
  8.     All BiBass programs now use KEY files to determine if you are registered.

  11.     Code was totally re-written to maxmize speed.  Also added a graphics
  12.     bar for percentage of calls for ANSI users.

  18.    Bug fix.  Corrected a bug that thought a user was the SysOp if he only
  19.    had a first name (i.e. KEVIN instead of KEVIN BASS)

  23.    Howdy! will now work on multinode systems.  In order to make it work you
  24.    have to make a file called HOWDY!x.CFG.  x=node number.  The contents of
  25.    the file should contain where that node's CONFIG.BBS file can be located.
  26.    For example, if I was running three nodes, I would make two config files.
  27.    One would be called HOWDY!2.CFG and HOWDY!3.CFG.  Lets say node two's files
  28.    were located in a directory called D:\BBS2 and node three's files were
  29.    located in a directory called D:\BBS3.  Here's what the config files would
  30.    look like:

  40.    Notice, Howdy! will still reside in Node one's main BBS directory.  All
  41.    config files will be placed there also.  You must also the %O parameter
  42.    so it will no what node the user is logged into and what config file to
  43.    use.

  45.    Howdy! also greets the user with Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good
  46.    Good Evening according to what time it is.

  48.    Howdy! will tell the user if his/her upload/download ratio has been ex
  49.    exceeded and suggest uploading a few files.
